Hi, I'm Kat 👋
In 2022, I left my job as a strategy exec in tech to travel. To fund my explorations, I provided freelance consulting support to a multitude of investment firms, corporate entities, startups and small businesses.
Whilst I count McKinsey, Bain and other leading investment firms as recurring clients, by far the most impactful projects were with startups and high growth small/mid-market businesses. Founders/business owners were blown away by the results that could be achieved through fractional consultative partnerships.
Jake and I have joined forces to build Kaya - to unlock high-quality, on-demand advisory support to ambitious businesses all around the world - integrating awesome tech to make the consulting experience really enjoyable for both our clients and our consultants.
When I'm not daydreaming about new features for Kaya, you can find me at the gym, going on adventures with my partner Aoife or checking out new food spots.

Hi, I'm Jake 👋
I've spent the past twelve years buying, running, and advising small businesses. When I'm not revamping the consulting industry, I'm supporting other entrepreneurs as Managing Director of SMEVentures, as Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD, and on the boards of several small businesses whose need for top-notch strategic support gave rise to Kaya.
I hold an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in English Literature and Italian from Middlebury College. I adore elephants and was once a singing waiter in Times Square.
